Founded in 1980, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is a statutory body established by an Act of Parliament and a professional body offering the Company Secretaries Qualification ( i.e. CS Course).
A Company Secretary is a profession in the field of Secretarial, Compliance and Governance. The profession ensures that Board procedures are both followed and regularly reviewed and provides guidance to Chairman and the Directors on their responsibilities under various laws.
The CS Qualification has been divided into 3 levels i.e.
- CSEET - 4 Papers
- CS Executive - 8 Papers
- CS Professional Level - 9 Papers
