Cancellation & Refunds:
Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training
Raise refund requests within 7 days of commencement of the batch you enrolled for. Money-back guarantee is void if the participant has attended Online Classrooms for more than 1 day.
Once the course is purchased/accessed, no refund will be granted regardless of the reason. All online training courses are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices. We can assist you to get started with the course if you are having any trouble.
Firstplace reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)
In case Firstplace cancels an event, a 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.
If a cancellation is done by a candidate of the event, no refunds will be made.
Refund requests can be initiated in two ways
All Online Training Course Purchases are final and Non-Refundable
Kindly contact the concerned branch managers through the mail and get confirmation about your refund eligibility. This applies when one or more courses are selected.
Refunds: Duplicate payment
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original mode of payment) in 7 working days post intimation by the customer.
